Cha Am is relatively undeveloped compared to its sister town Hua Hin.  Beautiful beaches stretch north all the way from Hua Hin to Cha Am and beyond offering relaxed condo and villa living.  Cha Am town itself has a more local feel with the addition of more foreign residents.   There are mountains bordering to the west and north and there is a National Park and the famous teak buildings.  There is a proposed high -speed ferry from Pattaya to Cha Am, adventure park and new highway to Bangkok.  The property prices are currently lower than the other areas with a good selection of condominiums and entry level housing projects.   Many condominiums have lovely beachfront locations; existing, newly built and off-plan.  Cha Am beach offers a large variety of fresh seafood restaurants and family-friendly bars.

Boi Fai is on the northerly outskirts of Hua Hin town near the airport and Palm Hills golf course.  This is another rural area currently being developed yet still maintaining its charm and natural beauty.  There is a wide range of styles and prices for those wishing to live in this area with the options of attractive mountain or sea views or both.
