This area offers a combination of living near all the facilities
Hua Hin has to offer yet with the peace of a rural location, nearby
beaches and mountain backdrops affording glorious
sunsets. The new large shopping complex at Market Village
is very close by, often within walking distance allowing access
without the need for private transport. Properties are
available on both sides of the Petchkasem Road to suit every
budget. By travelling just 4 kms west from the town, one is
presented with the opportunity of living in the Thai countryside with
good infrastructure for easy access to the town. There are
local schools and a university in the area.
The area around Soi 88 has seen much recent development due to its
convenient location to the town centre yet giving the feel of true
country living.
Soi 94 is a mature area still seeing rapid growth and in many cases
offers community living with a village feel. The beaches
are a mere 10 minute's walk.
Soi 102 has probably experienced the most growth in competitive
housing for those seeking to live on developments offering a package
of facilities and will continue to expand by linking up with the
bypass.
