Developers wishing to cash in on the popularity of Thailand condos, which provide freehold opportunities and, in turn, 100% total security on investment for foreign buyers, have had to look to nearby Cha-am, Kao Tao, Pranburi, and even further South to Prachuabkirikhan for those beachfront opportunities.

Furthermore, astute Developers are now also looking to city centre locations and to areas within a 3 km radius of the Hua Hin city centre. These non beachfront condo Developers are now evaluating how they are going to compete with beachfront condos. They already have answers: great facilities – including grand clubhouses, restaurants, wellness centers, high tech gymnasiums, rental guarantees, rental pools, beautiful gardens with larger green common areas, concierge services, resort services such as daily laundry, cleaning and room services. Many Developers are able to give larger green areas due to the lower land prices paid and many can still offer panoramic town, sea, mountain or far-reaching views with buyers often stating that they offer increasingly more appealing and interesting views, as opposed to the sea.
